Due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

We are closely following official regulations to ensure we are prioritizing the well-being of both our staff and customers, as this is of utmost importance to us. Where possible, we are working from home, while our warehouse teams is following strict safety protocols that are implemented to protect their well-being. These precautions may result in a slightly longer dispatch time than we usually deliver, but we will do our utmost to ensure that all orders get to you as soon as possible.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 
  • All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in). 
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. 

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Orders are shipped via 
USPS, FedEx & UPS depending on the fulfillment center the product is being shipped from.

  • For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks delivery time. 
  • For all International Shipping, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery time.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PLEASE BE AWARE…. 
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; RITZY EMPORIUM has no control over these charges, nor can RITZY EMPORIUM predict what they may be. 
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. As our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products. It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our main offices are located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at Contact@RitzyEmporium.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Please email Contact@RitzyEmporium.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
