Refund & Return Policy's No-Hassle Policy


We offer refunds for items purchased within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, you are ineligible for a refund. All requests require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
You will be eligible for a refund only if the product received is damaged or defective. You may be required to provide proof of damaged or defective product. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, minus any applied discount. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
